Hot weather will make the turbo less efficient, but you should still be able to get full boost, even in CT's mini heat wave. It's been hot, but dry, and dry air is denser than wet air (believe it or not).

Is the boost needle not going as high? Maybe only half way, or 3/4 way, into the yellow?

The APC system reduces boost if it detects knock. An engine is more prone to knock in warm weather. It's possible that your engine is just on the verge of knock at full bost in cool weather, and warm trips it into knock, and the APC has to cut back.

If you're not running 93 octane fuel, give it a tankful and see if that helps (of course, it'll cooler this weekend). If running higher octane does the trick, then it's a knock problem. No matter what, pull your spark plugs, and make sure that they are EXACTLY the ones specified in the manual, gapped to EXACTLY what the manual says. No substitutions. If the plugs even look a little old, replace them. Old plugs are more prone to knock than new, clean ones.

It 'taint that hot yet in CT - only 90. Wait until we get some 98 degree days with humidity. Now that's living!
