One of the easiest ways is to suck or blow into the hoses, being careful not to inhale any fumes of courses. The little 4mm hoses coming off of the intake manifold are the most likely culprit. One goes to the boost and guage and the hooter valve, which often fails. See if it holds vacuum when you suck on it. The other small hose goes to the charcoal cannister and has a tendancy to pop off. You can also inspect the connection by removing the passenger side turn signal (which pops off with one screw.) Other than those two, you should be able to easily inspect the hoses going to the brake booster, fuel pressure regulator etc. Just be meticulous, a hose may look fine visually but have a cracked end or pin hole leak. Also check the rubber hoses which go between the connections at the intercooler and such as these occasional split and are not always obvious.
