It sounds like your clutch is making the same noise mine made before it failed. I also thought it was a worn TO bearing but when I got the clutch out of the car I discovered that the damper springs on the clutch disc itself had worn through the guide slots and caused a chunk of metal to fall between the lining and the pressure plate, rendering the clutch inoperable.
The noise you are hearing are probably the damper springs sliding around with the idle rotation of the tranny. Very similar to the rythmic scraping noise that a bad TO bearing makes.
I also noticed far more vibration when engaging the clutch from a standstill.
