looking at 97 aero need advice

Looking at 1997 aero at dealer(not saab)_w/45K : problems(long).

1. when shifting into third there is a grind when entering the gear however it goes in OK - I think 3rd gear sychro's bad.
2. Power mirors do not work
3. leather is worn off of shifter nob - peeled back to the plastic
4. Front air dam is cracked by one of the fog lights
5. one of the tail light lenses is cracked.
6. center caps on super aero wheels are peeling badly & wheels have some definite curb scuffs.

and I looked at it at night - who knows what some daylight would do. apparently there are people traveling many miles to look at it today so they would not haggle with me last night from the asking price of 14,995

The warranty - power train only - Trans would be fixed but nothing other than power trian is covered and they do not allow my indy to look at it until a contingecy is signed. Is it possible the factory warrantee still exists? I would not think so as one would think an owner would take advantage of the warrantee.

Seems to me this would be a money pit as I have found with used saabs for every problem you see on inspection - there are three more that rear there head within a short time after purchase.
