I have a comment and a suggestion. First, when you use heat, heat the outer part, not the inner part! You want the outer part to expand, not the inner part. Heating a bolt will expand the bolt, locking it even further.
Try using a lubricant containing glycol ether. It seeps into crevices much, much better than WD40, etc. There is almost zero waiting time. You can find it in cans at Walmarts under the name PB Blaster or something like that. Specialty Plumbing supply parts places may also have them in plastic bottles.
