rubber about the size of a quarter. Go to a gas station air pump. Press the rubber circle on the top drain openings and apply compressed air. Do it as part of routine maintenance, every three months, especially in the south. I live in Savannah, and the leaves always get in.
Do the bottom drains with a shop vac. Stretch a 2" piece of biclycle tube over the vac tube and put the other end on the bottom drain holes.
