your wiring! Do you know how to use a test light or multimeter? You can find an acceptable meter @ Radio Shack (yuck) which will serve you. Read up on what it does, what electricity is, how to troubleshoot by voltage readings and resistance measurements. The most cost effective investment is to see if there are same relays used in other places, swap does old relay operate other stuff ok???? Does fresh relay do any good in fan ckt? DON'T use nonfuses / excessive value fuses in fuse sockets.
