The proper size drive is actually a T-52(hard to find size) but if you are careful a T-50(standard size) will usually do the job. The pulley in front of the upper bolt should have two access holes through which the bolt may be accessed.
Tensioning: Loosen the tensioning (idler) bolt about 1/4 turn(Outer nut), just enough to allow the inner nut to be turned. Hold the outer nut and turn the inner nut until the belt is fairly tight whilst applying leverage against the pulley. Tighten the inner nut and then the jam nut. You will need an open end spanner for the inner (adjusting nut) and a socket or box wrench for the jam nut (outer nut) The tension on the belt should be as so: at the longest free area the belt should be able to be moved about 1/2-3/4 inch by applying some force, (1/4-3/8 - just pushing down) on an old belt, if a new belt, much tighter is required(about half that of an old belt)
