17" Wheels....what width??

Am thinking of getting 17" wheels to replace the 15" on my 9000 CSE LPT, what would be the suitable width of the wheel e.g. 6.0,6.5, 7.0 or 7.5 to prevent any undue rubbing with body/suspension, etc.?
