Depressurizing the system is easy - start the car, then open the fusebox and pull out the fuel pump fuse. The engine will stop when it runs out of fuel. There will still be some pressure, but not much. Always wrap the fittings with rags in case there is some spray.

Not sure on the '95, but look between the firewall and the battery box in the engine compartment. You should see the top of the fuel filter right there. Yes, the filter is big - much bigger than those wimpy little things in older cars. But fuel injection systems are delicate, and I'll take as much filtering as I can get. Undo the top fitting, then manuever a cup or container under the filter to undo the bottom - remember, it's a big filter, and there's a lot of fuel in it to run out.

When you put in the new plugs, did you check the gap on each one, and is it the gap listed on the decal in the engine compartment or in the manual? The most common cause of misfire at higher RPM (boost levels) is the spark plug gap being too big. Never assume they come out of the box right for your car. Also - are they the exact NGK's listed in the manual? If not, get the right ones. The Trionic system is VERY sensitive to spark plug type. Some folks have been able to get away with substitutions, but if you're car appears to be having ignition problems, don't mess around - use only the recommended NGK's.
