TCS light gone but still no power!!

I replaced the TCS bleeder valve ($90) and check valve ($35!!what a ripped off but I didn't want to wait) on my 93'Aero and the TCS light is gone and the car idles normally now. Mamy thanks to everyone who tried to help and wealth of information on this site. However, the car still hasn't gained all the power back and gas pedal still feels heavy. Granted, I disconnected the battery last night for an hour to see if the TCS light went away but it didn't. When I reconnected the power and restarted, the car immediately went into limp mode. So would this be the reason that my car still doesn't have power because Trionic ECU adapted to the limp mode driving condition into its memory? If that the case I guess I have to do adaptation run? Also do I need to recalibrate the TCS/throttle body?? as suggested by the part guy at the dealer. Any advices are much appreiciated.
