You're living in the land of plenty.....it's a buyers market for Saabs
here in New England. Of course, it works both ways. You're not
going to get a lot for your used one. However, I would consider
upgrading, if only to get the 2.3 engine - it's considerably smoother
and refined than the 2 liter. The transaxles from '94 on are a bit
better, also. It doesn't sound like yours has that much mileage on
it, for a Saab, but buying a newer vehicle does have uplifting
psychic aspects! There's nothing I, or anyone else, can say that
would make a consistent economic argument as to why you should
buy a newer vehicle. But, if you like Saabs, I'll guarantee you'll
love a newer 9000 with all the refinements - especially if you get
one of them Aero's with the seats that are probably worth whatever
more it'll cost you to move up!
