I did all the same work you just completed on your ride last week for me though. I spent 11 hour total getting it done and removing stuf was the hardest part of the job. Either way I went with the SAS springs instead cause I didn't want a big drop in the suspension. The car dropped 3/4 inch all the way around maybe even a little more but, not more than 1 inch. I didn't use poly anything, just stock stuff. I figured that if that stuff lasted this long, the OEM stuff would be just fine. I agree with you on the control arm bushings though, they did make a BIG difference in how the car handled. I personally don't care for Bilsteins. I've used them befroe and didn't like how stiff they were. I was more interested in changing thcars handling slightly but, not so that it felt/drove like a lowered honda. It's a good firm ride now. Not to much though. I don't even think my wife can feel the difference after my hard work.
