Take a bike inner tube (choose right size) and cut it. Fold over one end and clamp it (tie-wrap, etc) so it's tight. Put your fluid in the reservoir. Put the open end of the tube over the fill hole and put a hose clamp on there so it's snug (I said snug - if you go too tight you will crack the plastic so watch out!). Now pump up the inner tube with your little portable air compressor or whatever you have. Loosen the bleed screw and bleed. Just make sure you don't run your reservoir dry! If you have to add more fluid obviously you'll have to tighten the bleed screw, let out the pressure, take your rig off, add the fluid and go again.

This costs you next to nothing and you can get enough pressure to force the fluid through, I believe. At least I used it to bleed all my brake lines and I believe I bled the clutch also and you can run let the thing run until it comes out clean. I'm sure other people do it this way too. Or you can go with the big-bucks solution and get the fancy tool.
