follows: I am assuming your toe is correct and your only problem is steering wheel centering. turning each side clockwise turns the track rods in for toe in and reverse for toe out so to keep your toe correct as now set, one rod must be turned clockwise and the opposite side turned anti clockwise. If your wheel is offset to the left but rolling straight then the left side should be turned clockwise (in) and the right side anti clockwise (out) Toe out left toe in right. so the car will try to turn left so you must turn the wheel to the right which is the direction you wish it to go. I would not turn more than about 30 degrees on the rod on each side, tighten the jam nut and try it. it is about a three to one ratio 30 degrees on the rods is about 10 degrees on the wheel. If your toe is off there is a chart for that too. Re torque the jam nut 55 ft lbs ( guess at it unless you have a crows foot wrench!)
