I have a '93 cse and just did this. What I did was run the power line from the battery into the aquarium through the foam opening directly in back of the battery (you can't miss it all the wires run into it). Then I ran it across the car to the passengers side inside the aquarium and held it in place w/ zip ties.
If you remove the glove box you can find a spot were there is nothing but firewall and either drill a new hole, most wiring kits come w/ grommets to protect the wire, or try to pass it through an existing hole.
Then you will need to remove the black plastic trim that runs down the side of the car and you can run the wires there. I ran both my power wires and speaker wires together w/ my speaker wires running from the center console to under the passenger seat and then under the trim.
Once you get to the back of the car you will need to remove the wheather stripping from the door and peel back the black felt carpeting. On the bottom outside of the seat between the seat bottom and back you can pass the wires to the right of the seat belt and into an opening in the sheet metal that makes the inside wheel well. From there just cut a whole in the black carpet and pass the wires where ever you want.
I hope this helps. This is the best I can explain it but once you get a look you'll see that it's pretty self explanatory. Post if you need more help.
