Not wanting to scare you off, but -
Yes, some automatics will last over 200K. But 130K is around the upper limit for the great majority of autoboxes out there. Now, this one may have had it's autobox replaced in the past, but...
All of the 9000's I've owned have been automatic. If it means anything, each of the older ones have had transmissions replaced. The newer one only has 50K.
Also, The 2.3 NA is a sweet engine, but coupled with the automatic, it's, well, slow. Decent low end grunt, but runs out pretty quick, with an interesting dead spot between 25-45 mph. For a few bucks more, find a nice turbo. You'll be glad you did.
Then, any car, Saabs especially, don't do well without regular maintenance. I really doubt somebody did all the maintenance by the book, then traded it in at Big Jim's Trusty Used Cars, Body Shop, and Ironsmith. Horses Shod on Saturdays. When was the last time the oil was changed? Does it have the same coolant since new? Brake fluid ever flushed? I'll bet the car comes with no maintenance records, just vague assurances.
Problem areas are cooling system (leaky heater core due to age, clogged heat/radiator due to old coolant), non-functional ABS or master cylinder (old brake fluid), and the host of minor problems that can crop up. And then there's the tranny. Just about any of those problems can double or triple the price you pay for the car, and that doesn't count the headaches.
By all means, check the car out. It will probably be a good education. The more cars you see, the more you learn. And if it comes with full maintenance records, runs well and is clean, then heck, it may be a good deal. But used Saabs are cheap, so for a couple of thousand more you can probably get a much cleaner car that will cost you much less in the long run.
Good luck!
