starts about 2200 or abouts and really gets to going about 4000 wonderful soiund and typical for this year car especially if you are accellerating next to a building not to worry.
boost gage is somewhat dependant on your altitude, normal for this car is pretty much the line where the yellow ends and the red begins. If you are running above 3000 and floor it you may see a momentary boost report a little into the red about 1/16th but will quickly back off to the lower end of the red band or high yellow. by the way this car preforms just about as well as it can with 88 octane(Chevron) as with 94 so why waste the money for so little aded umph. But since you are down into the yellow you could try 94 and see if it goes any higher. The 92 responds well to a little tweeking of the wastegate but I wouldn't go beyond 1 turn in or you will start having fuel shut down problems. you may see a little added performance with a new set of NGK 7es plugs gapped to 0.8mm. I would try that before tweekig the turbo, which is not my recommendation!
