i have just purchased my 88 9000 turbo 5spd, and it came with some really nasty steel wheels (i guess snow wheels & tires). so naturally i wanted to get good looking rims. i went to a local wheel shop and purchased four 5 spoke 16x7 rims and performance tires to match. heres the problem, the car ran fine before new wheels installed. but after the car shakes at high speeds (above 60mph). i had it alighned but still have the problem. the guy i purchased the wheels from said it moght be the hub rings... i'm going back today to get them installed. we'll see what happens. i was wondering if i should just forget the aftermarket rims and get nice factory spg wheels???? if so what are the sizes i can get factory wheels in? i would like 16's. if anyone reads this and is selling a set of wheels like the spg or simulair, please email me: ben@erichey.com.
thanks
