If the dealer is replacing both lower mounts with the hydraulic style (and charging you full list price), plus replacing both of the dogbone mounts, nah it's still too high! Figure $120 each for the hydraulic mounts, and maybe another $100 for the dogbone, bringing us to $340. Going rate around here is $80 an hour for labor, so that's five hours of labor, which seems very high to me. I'd give it three hours max.
My independent shop, however, not only has great prices on the hydraulic mounts ($70 or 80 each, similar for the dogbone), but if I recall only charges me an hour per mount.. But, long ago they switched to using solid rubber for the two lower mounts, and those are even cheaper at $50 each..
