mechanic and ask that your name not be given out. Yes the seals are shot, probably the pump is toast, the hoses could be ruined, and then there is the rack and its seals. A little knowledge is very expensive. Don't give up you can fix it, it's just a machine. Just don't abuse it anymore. Take a car owners / mechanical course at the local schools.
