Hey SAunders, my 88 9T is doing the same exact thing!!! I also had the governor seals replaced for 300 bucks, it drove for about 3 or 4 hundred miles and died again. the weird thing is if it sits for a week or two it seems to drive. My dad called Erikkson industries and the main tech wasnt there but the man on the line said the same thing happened to his car and it was some drive axle or somethin, we are calling back on mon or teus. when we find out if its taht we will replace that and see if it works. Also we thought maybe there is a dead/stuck valve, we tried a solution called lubeguard with beeswax in it which is supoosed to free up stuck valves, well it did not work so we are back to square one. call erikkson during the week, their number is somewhere on this messaage board, when i find it again i will give it to you. but hey good luck and we are truly in the same boat, serioulsy try erikkson they will help over the phone. ill keep you updated, please do the same as i have the same problem.
