have a 92 9KT. First thing you should do is to phone the closest Saab dealer, give them you VIN and they should be able to tell all the factory option you have PLUS if ALL recalls have been done on your car.

If you have TCS (traction control), the computer is under the passenger side (no performance upgrade there). I think the main ECU (Trionic) is under the driver side. And indeed, they are chip tuners that can add 25-50 HP to your car (you have to send the unit for reprograming). For now, look at adding an Open K+N Air filter (do a search here).

Is your can full turbo, 200HP or is it an LPT ?

The only thing I can imagine connected to the air line is the Air Mass Meter (AMM), not a motor ...
