A stuttering miss under high boost is almost always ignition related. It's harder for a spark to jump under high boost than with low or normal boost. The most usual reason is that the spark plug gap is too big - but you mention that you are using NGKs and the gap is correct. I assume you used the gap specified by the decal in the engine compartment, and checked each plug before you put it in. Sorry - have to ask.
If the plugs are gapped to spec, that tells me that you aren't getting full voltage to the plugs. That could be the coil, distributor cap/rotor, or wires. If the cap and rotor are more than a couple of years old, replace them. They're cheap. As the boost goes up, it's harder for the spark to jump the plug gap, so there's a better chance the spark will find some other way to ground other than the plug. Any dirt or grease on the inside of the distributor cap can cause this.
Next, replace the wires. You don't need Super Magnicore Wires With Real Dilithium. Those can improve spark in some systems, but for troubleshooting purposes, get stock wires. Wires get old and die after a while.
Of course, check your timing. If the timing is too retarded, it again is harder for the spark to jump. Check the one-way check valve in the line between the throttle body and the distributor. If that valve is bad, you will push boost into the distributor and mess up the timing under boost conditions.
Lastly, if that doesn't work, think about a new coil. Again, you don't need a Kryptonite Spit Fire Coil, just a normal stock coil. Normal, stock cars run just fine with stock components; if you're troubleshooting, you don't want to add variables.
