I VERY carefully drilled out the proper size hole and the hazard switch snapped right in without a hitch. On the backside of the dash in that area were some plastic supports (whatever you call them, look and you'll know what I'm talking about). I took a pair of pliers and those snapped right off (it sounds bad I know but the result is brilliant) then drilled a small whole, then a larger one very carefully. But, you only have one chance to get it right. Do it slow.
