The battery capacity is probably around 60Ah (i.e. all other things being equal, it could supply 1A for 60 hours or 60A for 1 hour - it probably doesn't work quite like that but you get the idea). So if you left your car drawing 0.2A, it should supply that for 60/0.2 hours or 300 hours. With that drain, your battery would be completely flat in 12 days, which is plainly too quick (my car has sat for two weeks or more and still started). However, it would probably be too flat to start long before this.
To isolate the drain, unplug each fuse in turn until the current drops significantly. That fuse is supplying the equipment that is drawing the current. This should narrow it down significantly.
