Hi Bill, Brian, Chudzik and AG, I'm having Bang problems too !! but it's a little bit different for me (of course). My problem is that after hitting over 1,1 bar peak boost the level quickly drops under 1 bar. On the other hand, if I accelerate in two or more stages (e.g. flooring to overtake another car, hesitating and then flooring again) I regularly hit fuel cut-off !! Today I invested in a brand new BPC valve, disconnected the Trionic ECU, filled up with 99 RON and went for a long long calibration run....only to get the same result : peak at about 1,1 quickly dropping below 1 and cut off when "double flooring". Before the BPC I changed the plugs and gapped to 0,9, changed the broken hooter valve, tried a new DI cassette, changed the FPR, checked base boost and set to 0,45 also changed the PCV valve.....no change !! What's wrong ?? Am I asking too much : I had the car tested recently (with the related problems) and instead of 225 it delivered 217 HP. It has 170.000 km, perhaps everithing is fine, but I'm still convinced an AERO should perform better (my fathers 9000 CDE with 200 HP has more power) and there is still that BIG BANG problem !!

Any hope ??!!
