In general, look at townsendimports.com for an initial guess at the part number. Then call a dealer to confirm or get the superceding part number, if any.
For 1995, it may be part number 0364331 "3:2 Electrical System, wiring diagrams (Final Edition)" which may be a supplement to 3:1 "Electrical system, instruments" part number ???.
I don't know why there is that "Final Edition" designation. There is no other edition for 1995 besides that one. Is it meant to cover 1996 until the last year of 9000? One of the many mysteries that you wonder about when you look at Townsend manual lists.
Any dealer should be able to order manuals and sell at list price. BRI Imports (saabcenter.com) is one that reportedly discounts by 20%. On my last order of manuals from them, they quoted 20% off but the actual prices that they charged turned out to be only 7-15% off.
