Squeeky clutch pedal - first off, try some spray lubricant. I like the dry stuff that evaporates and just leaves a teflon coating behind. Attracts less dust. It might be a bushing in the clutch pedal linkage, but go for grease first.
Brake lights - sticky and/or misadjusted brake light switch - potentially sticky brake pedal. There is a switch just above the brake pedal that turns the lights on (and off). The switch plunger is pressed in (switch off) when your foot is off the pedal, and the plunger comes out (lights on) when you press the pedal. If the switch is misadjusted, it will be on the hairy edge of working. In the worst case, replace the switch. It's not a big deal, and you can easily do it yourself.
Brake warning light - yes, that's a common problem. For a lot of things, check out the wonderful Townsend site (http://www.townsendimports.com) - specifically, the technical documents - http://216.78.173.190/entry/tech_doc_systems.htm.
For brake lights, check out http://216.78.173.190/electrical_system_folder/pictoflash.htm.
The most common fault and fix is to replace the tail light bulbs with all of the same kind. The system works by measuring the difference in current between the left and right bulbs, and different manufacturers have different current draws. Even that doesn't always fix it - sometimes you have to swap a few bulbs around to make it work.
Sticking passenger door - is the outside door handle loose? If so, open the door and look at the edge of the door where the latch is, right at the level of the handle. Tighten the screw there. If that doesn't do it, then you may have to remove the inner door panel and fiddle with the latch mechanism some. One trick with the door - from the outside, don't pull the handle. Use your thumb on the fixed part of the handle, and your fingers to pull the latch. The door will unlatch and open. If the door latch is flaky, when you just pull on the handle, you also pull on the door, and that loads the latch mechanism and it won't open. It works from the inside because you aren't loading the mechanism.
Trip computer lights - see Townsend. Same with Cruise control. With the cruise control, it's probably the adjustment of the clutch and/or brake pedal switches. The CC kicks off if either the clutch or brake is pressed, so if the switch is out of adjustment, the CC never engages. The next common problem is that one of the vacuum lines in the CC has rotted out or fallen off. Just a little sniffing around and $2 worth of hose should fix it.
I can't help you with the seat.
Good luck, and enjoy the car!
