When I talk about a vacuum leak, I think of the vacuum hoses. However, the leak could be elsewhere. I think Trionic is more tolerant than earlier systems of leaks in most parts of the system because the airflow measurement takes place at the throttle body.
Places where leaks might affect idle are the crankcase ventilation hose (both ends) and the vacuum hoses coming from the throttle body (which you have already checked). Less likely is an inlet manifold gasket leak.
Also check that the one-way valve in the crankcase ventilation hose (the white plastic valve) is working (can blow in the direction of the arrow, but not suck against it) and is fitted with the arrow pointing towards the throttle body.
