Intake Manifold / Fuel Injector clean-up

Hello Fellowsaabers-Last weekend I started working on ACC blower motor
and successfully removed it after long hours of patience. Before I put
the new Blower Motor and Heater Core in, I am thinking of removing
the intake manifold since I have the Throttle housing off it. The car is
a 1990 9K T Auto and the Intake Manifold is held to the engine by four
rubber grommet with clamps on it. The idea is I could access the Fuel
Injector/ fuel rail area and do a clean-up/inspection. I have some time
this weekend and would like to learn more DIY job on this car.
1) Are fuel Injectors screw type or is it held by a special clip.
2) Where can I get rubber grommet besides the dealer.
3) Any safety tips.
I would appreciate if you could post your advise, warning, caution before I proceed on this.
Thanks,
RCAP
