pics.

purchased car in Dec 2000, search the archives on what a major cluster&%&$ THAT was....search the archives for THAT tale of woe. Regardless, i'm about 85% done rehabbing a 1992 Talledaga Red/Camel 9000 Turbo.

Currently it has had a head gasket, all new clutch and hydraulics, all new suspension and brakes (and I mean ALL), pretty much completely disassembled and detailed then reassembled, huge amount of cleaning, fixing, detailing...Leather is coming nicely, can't say enough about Leatherique products, and some performance mods:

Swedish Dynamics Red Series EPROM upgrade for DI/APC
3" turbo back exhaust
Forge BOV
Modified cold air/K&N

Also has all new lower rocker sills and air dam, Lloyd mats, VDO gauges, custom shifter and knob, polished and painted Aero's.

Car has been serviced to within an ince of it's life since I've owned it, it was somewhat thrashed when I took possession of it but a lot of TLC (and about 5K over the purchase price) have restored this last of the original body style 9K's to it's former, well, better than new condition. This car is incredibly quick from 30-80 mph, especially on a cool foggy evening :)

I greatly appreciate the info shared on these boards...if it wasn't for saabnet, I doubt I'd want to own one, much less two, of these things...thanks again to all for the help everybody!

Have more pics at twice the resolution if anybody needs to see something more specific, mail me @ brdavhansen@netzeroNOSPAM.com (remove to reply)

Regards!

Bryan
