Time to replace?

I need some advice. My '92 9000s has over 118,000 miles. It's been very well maintained (all of the scheduled maintenance, oil changes every 3,000 miles, etc.) but nevertheless some things are just starting to wear out. I've broken down four, count-em FOUR times this summer! Twice for overheating (radiator was replaced), once for not beaing able to shift (shift linkage replaced) and once when the pulleys cames loose and the belt broke (new pulleys, belt, etc.).
I'm willing to put up with some of this and I certainly expect to make some repairs on the car from time to time, but four times in a space of a couple of months is too much. Especially when I depend on my car for work. Of course, whenever I get my car back I start to think that maybe I can get along with it for awhile longer and it's still in pretty good shape and so forth, but I think I may be delaying the inevetible.
What do you guys think? Is it time to get a new car? I must admit a new rig with a warranty and everything is starting to sound really good. I guess I've almost talked myself into it but any feedback you would have is appreciated.
