I have been thinking about an MP3 for some time, especially now since I just got a CD-RW drive for my computer. Have you done any comparisons such as taking the MP3 version of an album (with a suitably high bit rate, say 128 bit), and then comparing it immediately to the pressed version of the album? That's what I'd really been interested in. I have yet to listen to an MP3, but 10 times as much music on CD is extremely appealing, even if I DID lose some sound quality.
Also, how do you find the Kenwood blends in with the dash day/night? This is one major gripe I have about the styling of the new Kenwoods. Two years ago they were just tolerable, but now I almost consider them downright ugly..
