Weird wiper problems, after accident

I am repairing our '91 9000 which was involved in a front end collision at the passanger side headlight area. So far had to replace the cross member, Oil coolers (A/T & engine but not the radiator and condensor), grill, hood and the passenger side headlight which is where the main impact accured.
I just noticed two electrical problems now that the car can run. When the wipers are turned on all seems to work fine including the heatlight ones too.
The weird thing is it will not turn off(!); if I remove the fuse to the
headlight wipers the windshield wipers works normal. Does anyone have a wiring diagram to show the wipers wiring routing and if they do have relays? Can some explain why one can turn it on but not off with the headlight wipers working. Another electrical problem is the horn doesn't work (I believe there is an open to the horn).
Any feedback is welcomed. It looks like a wiring trace job. I did not notice and impact damage to the wiring harness coming under the radiator.
Thanks James
