Bought an EPROM upgrade from them, for which they overcharged me by 70 bux (quoted @ $579.95, CC was billed $649.95). The upgrade does make more boost, but I've had some other issues to work out related to the EPROM and so far I've sent two emails and called 4 times (left detailed messages regarding who/what/where/why/how) and so far I've gotten one return call (of course I wasn't here).
This has been going on for about 6 weeks...it's not an everyday driver and it DOES run a lot harder, it could use some fine tuning, I just can't get any response....sheesh guys, i'll eat the 70 bux if someone would just
&%&$*%)(&*$ call me back.
I'm not ready to take a hostage yet, but a couple more unresolved communique's from me and it could get ugly.
