When my 92 9KT Auto went into LHM last year this BB pointed me into replacing the Check Valve(aka Bleeder valve, Dump valve). I replaced the
Valve and have it recalibrated at the Saab Dealer. But even after that it
was still in LHM and gas pedal was real heavy I was almost giving up. So I
decided to look more into the vacuum hose. What I found was a hose under
the thottle housing that was loose. This hose is partly hidden it is hard
to tell whether it's connected or not. I had to use small mirror to find out. I also gave the T housing a good brush with thottle cleaner and
connected that hose. The end- LHM is gone for almost a year now and gas pedal feels soft and easy. The car runs great. Hope yours is like this.
Thanks,
RCAP
