I've got Michelin Pilot HX 195/65/15 on my '97 CS... they came with the car and they are definitely not bad in they handling department, though 'could do better' is probably true... they ride very well, and quietly, they are ok in the snow. Personally, I doubt I would buy them, when they wear down a bit more I expect I will replace them with Yokohama AVS dB's... I put them on my girlfriend's Volvo S70 a few months ago, and they are a huge improvement over the prevoius two sets of Micheling that were on there... for anyone who has read my posts about the annoying noise from the Yokos under hard cornering, that has gone away now that they have a few thousand miles on them. They cost significantly less than the Michelins too... We've had the Michelin M&S on another Volvo, and they leave a lot to be desired when it comes to handling... I bought the Yokos from Tire Rack, and including installation they were around $350... let us know what you pick.
