hi i just got a 95 9000 cse with 135k for $5,000 which was bought from the original owner (ive known the owner for years) and has a full Saab service history with every stamp etc.. snow tires mounted on seperate rims and new pirelli's It was also driven by a very careful driver. Even though it was in "excellent condition" i had to replace the clutch (common to go at this mileage), transmission bearings (trans is fine but the bearings are a weak point) flex pipe on the exhaust and now the Direct Ignition Cassete which are also notorious for failing.. all total $2,000. I love the car but just be aware that they require pretty routine maintenance (they are not hondas which basically need oil changes) and are costly when repairing. These are also things you probably want to budget for when you hit around 130-140k If you are not overly concerned with the performance part of the car I would go for a 9000 cs light pressure turbo. a friend of mine has one and it has had no problems and he is not particular about maintenance. they have no APC system to deal with, less torque and hp which puts less strain on driveline parts... Just a thought hope this helps
