Ground problem. The blue bulb is merely a fitered QI bulb. Still draws the same current. (Shame on you , BTW. While a total fan of converting our indicators to LEDs, changing the color temp of your headlights is wholly inconsiderate of the rest of us you are blinding. It's only my opinion, and I am not offended if you laugh/flame at it. Climbing off soapbox now.)
Begin the cleaning ritual at the light sockets and connectors. A good "Pink Pearl" pencil eraser is, believe it or not, a great contact-burnishing tool. Also invest in some coating to preserve your hard-work, like DeOxit.
I wouldn't be surprised if you fixed it pretty quickly, but I'd persist and clean everything. Maybe not right away... But this maybe nature's way of tellin' you somethin's wrong.
