Dear Ajay : This problem is caused by corrosion changing the resistance of (in your case) the brake light circuit .
If you take apart the rear light assemblies you will find the power to each the bulb is via a "buss Bar" or metal strip inletted into the plastic tail light assy.. There is a seperate buss bar for each bulb (2 if that bulb has 2 filamints) .There is another piece of metal that contacts the bulb contact and this piece has a small "V" cut into it . Into this "V" is jammed the buss bar for that bulb and it is at this connection that corrosion forms . If you pull out the buss bar and push it back into the "V" , the connection will usually be clean enough to cure your problem for a time . Better to clean each connection and solder it right at the "V" for a more long term solution .
Good luck .
