With the engine on, no accessories on (including headlights), I get 13.4-14.4V. (as Michael says, car must have moved, OR you can push the R button on the EDU control under the clock when displaying Voltage).
With the engine on and low beams on, various accessories as needed, I get typically 12.8-13.5V. A few things to note: Engine cooling fan creates a large draw on the alternator, and will drop the EDU reading by 0.3V if at idle or just putting along in stop and go traffic. Also, the rear window defroster creates a large draw, not quite as much. In my case, the stereo can create a large draw with the appropriate music, as much as 0.3V, but that's 400W RMS cranked all the way. Your 100W will not make much of a dent.
With the engine off, I get from about 12.0-12.6V. If I play the stereo long enough to drop the voltage to below 11.8V, I'll have problems starting the car in most cases.
The voltage regulator has a negative temperature coefficient, that is, as the temperature increases, the voltage output decreases. Thus, you should get a noticeably (in my car it's about half a volt) higher reading in cold weather compare to hot.
Finally, I too am on my original alternator, at 266k miles, but the voltage regulator/brush pack has been replaced once, at about 180k.
