After removing the 5 bolts from the inner driver assembly as Yaofeng says, this assembly may or may not just pop out. I had a real problem removing one of mine from my 88 9kT - the flange had "corroded" itself on to the transmission housing. It's made of aluminum so you have to be really careful if prying round the edges - in fact I snapped part of the flange off, although I was replacing the inner driver any way so I didn't really care.
Try tapping round the edges with a soft hammer and spraying copious amounts of Liquid Wrench.
