If you have a 2.3 with 200hp you have the full pressure turbo. A number of things can be done to improve performance most signifiantly is a re-programmed ECU. Try http://www.saabperformanceparts.com AND with an automatic transmission, you have to be a bit careful not to over do it. The automatic version of the car came with 25 less hp than the 5 speed.

B&G makes a great set of progressive springs that will still ride reaonably under normal driving conditions, but kick in when pressed. Try http://www.b-gsuspension.com 800-852-9995 OR FAX 619-562-0969

Abbott Racing makes a number of suspension components including sway bars and bushings along with shocks, etc. http://www.abbottamerica.com/

To re-program the alarm an ISAT is required. Normally a dealer item. I'm not aware of any options to do the things you want other than the active arming which is a default of the system. No idea about the cell phone hook up other than talk to a dealer and have not heard about pre-wiring for a radar detector. I have a Valentine1 hard-wired into my 1997 which I can let you know about if your interested.
