I've had a set for two years and used them one winter (last winter we didn't have enough bad weather to use them in VA). They are awesome in ice and snow. I've had Hakkas and Gislaved Nordfrost as well. They have all been good. The Blizzaks seem to do better in icier conditions. I thought the handling was a little more squirelly with the Blizzaks, but I got used to that after awhile. None of the straight winter tires will handle as well, but the confidence you have with them on the car in bad weather is worth it to me for 3-5 months of the year.
