I had a bit of a mishap about 6 weeks ago (my Aero was rammed a number of times by a lunatic van driver - van and driver not traced, but suspect he came off worse), and went looking for a wheel-arch trim. £50 (US$75) for a used one, about £150 (US$220) new!!! Problem, I think, is that they're quite rare now.
Needless to say, I repaired the cracked one. Some T-Cut and spray cans and you'd never know it had been in a fight. Sturdy cars, Saabs. Don't underestimate the strength of these plastic bits - they and the bumpers saved the rest of my paintwork from pretty serious damage.
Anyway, you need 4 of these to make an Aero - as well as being painted, they're a slimmer profile than the CS ones. You could probably get away with painting the CS ones, though. I believe the front and rear mouldings are the same on the CS and Aero, again, they would need painting. Don't know about the side skirts. You would also need a spoiler if you don't have one, but I think the Aero spoiler is the same as most other CS spoilers.
