We only could wish it was that easy!
The handbrake is actually adjusted at the rear calipers. Using the cable adjusters at the handle can improperly stress the cables and cause them to break. DO NOT DO THIS!
Remove both the rear wheels. On the inside of the calipers is a small 10mm bolt. Remove it. Inside here is a 4mm allen. Pop the parking brake cable off the yolk (obvious). Turn this (cant remember which direction) until the rotor cannot be turned by hand. Then back it off until you can just turn the rotor by hand, with a little drag. Check the cable adjusters at the parking brake handle and make sure the cables are evenly aligned. Adjust them here to make them even and repeat your adjustments at the wheels.
The brake should engage very firmly within 4 clicks after you have done this.
Hope this helps.
