Let me guess- Color is Camel. The tan dash seems to have the most problem. I lived in Montana for 20 years and I think it is the combination of large temp swings and the UV that does 'em in.
I'll tell you what does not work- that glue stuff and color matching past you can get at parts stores! I waited until mine was about 2 inches long before I decided to "fix it" with that stuff and all I succeeded in doing was taking a nice small crack and turned it into an uglier mess.
First I stopped drilled it, thinking that that would remove the stress point. It did. For a while. Then it started again. Next I stopped drilled it with a heated bit, thinking that maybe the melting of the material would make it a little stronger. That held the longest. Probably 18 months. I started again. So, now I am convinced that the rift will continue right through the car and one day my 90 will be lying in two halves.
I've just learned to live with it. The dash covers are nice and look great. The dash top is easily removed for replacement (must be foresight on the part of the designers). Townsend has very good R/R procedures.
Buy one of those windshield covers to keep the direct sun off the dash or you can simply cover the dash panel with a nice towel as we do with the aircraft.
Good luck!
