If it is indeed the intake plenum hoses, then I'm afraid the dealer is the only place to find them. I had a leak in mine. The way I confirmed it was to spray fuel injector cleaner near each of the hoses and listened for an increase in the idle. After 10 years mine had deteriorated and 2 wouldn't seal correctly. The list on those hoses was around $30 each! Try ordering through one of the advertisers that gives a discount on genuine Saab parts.
You can't use just any hose of that size because it has to resist gasoline. Radiator hoses are about the right sized, but are unsuitable. You could possibly find a fuel tank filler hose with the right inner diameter (about 2.5 inches) that you could cut up, but that would be hit or miss.
