... it looks like your mixture is very rich.
Since the temperature sensor reading high on mine made the mixture weak, a low reading on yours would make it rich. The way it works is that Trionic has no air mass meter, so calculates the air mass from the pressure at the MAP sensor, the temperature of the air and the throttle opening. It then applies the right amount of fuel and trims the mixture using the O2 sensor reading. If one of the sensors is far enough out, not only will the air mass be wrong, the mixture will not be within the O2 sensor's operating range and the system cannot compensate.
You would also get a rich mixture if the system had detected a fault and entered "open-loop" mode (rich mixture is safer than lean), but you'd have the "check engine" light as well.
Something is obviously wrong, enough to affect the mixture, but not enough to trip the "check engine" light.
The sensor cost me £20 (about US$30) from a Saab dealer. Given the other things you've changed, it might be worth simply changing it to see what happens.
